  • Craig ends tough day on 3 Wheels

    Another eventful day in Sardinia for Craig. He was lying fifth at one point but problems over the last two stages dropped him back to seventh overall. Full event report to follow in news section
  • SS12 Coiluna 2 (29.35km)

    Craig improves his first run time by 17.5 sec to score another fastest stage time. Final two stage now, can he bring home another point or two
  • Saturday Midday Service

    Craig fastest on the opening stage this morning. Now lying fifth with the afternoon loop of three stages to go. The top three are: 1. E. Kaur 2. M. Baldoni 3. F. Ahlin J. Cerny is in 4th with Craig 5th

    In SupeRally mode and Craig fastest of the Academy crews and the only R2 to be under 20 minutes for the stage

  • Sardinia: Friday Evening

    As of now Craig's car is being brought back to service for assessment. It won't be known until later tonight or tomorrow morning if Craig will be able to continue under Superally
  • Sardinia Day One Update

    Just to confirm, Craig is out of the rally. www.wrc.com are still showing times from the afternoon stages but this is not correct. More news later.
  • Breen out SS4

    There was disappointment for Craig on SS4 when he suffered a broken sump and retired. After making an impressed start and clocking up the fastest time of the academy field on the opening two stages, this is his second retirement from the opening two rounds of the season. He will gain two championship points from the two fastest stage times.
  • Breen in front SS3 Times

    Victor Henriksson hits back on SS3 to take fastest time and cut Craig's advantage to 2.9 seconds
  • Breen Flying on SS2

    Another fastest time on SS2 and Craig extends lead to 6 seconds as V. Henriksson moves into second and B. Reeves drops to third. More times still to come Reports on Alastair Fisher is that he is out on stage 1 with engine problem
  • Fastest on SS1

    Great start for Craig, as he records fastest time on the opening test. With all the academy crews after completing the stage, Craig holds a 2.2 second lead over B. Reeves with V. Henrikssen 3.6 back in third. With all the academy crews after completing the stage it looks lilt the only driver not to post a time is Alastair Fisher. It is not known at this time if he had a problem
  • SSS 1 Update

    Times starting to come for Academy Crews. Craig currently holds the fastest time on stage one out of the first batch of academy drivers. He set 6:38.1 and is followed by B. Reeves +2.2, with V. Henriksson on third 3.6 back. More times still to come in  Overall in the rally Petter Solberg set the fastest time on the stage. He was followed by Mikko Hirvonen +3 sec and in 3rd was P-G Andersson +5.2  Irish crew of Kris Meeke and Paul Nagle slotted in at 7th 7.8 second off Solberg's time.  All the top crews report the conditions are very slippery.
  • Friday morning start order

    We're ready for the off here in Olbia, 8 stages,131 kms makes up the opening day. Craig has a start time of 08.04 hrs and is in the first batch of Academy drivers to tackle the stages. Link to Stage Times on wrc.com Click Here

  • Sardinia: Thursday Update

    Craig carried out his recce for round two of the WRC Academy during Tuesday and Wednesday and reports that the stages are technical, with some muddy sections and full concentration will be required. On Monday evening the Academy participants were treated to a workshop with guest speaker Ken Block and then yesterday (Wednesday) the WRC Academy's class of 2011 had a guest lecture night with Petter Solberg. Just after speaking to Craig now and he reports, “All ready to go, pacenotes are perfect, cars perfect, Gareth and I are in good shape. We’re ready to go Rallying!”
